Some pieces are built around a stone. This one was built around a feeling — the soft, dreamy femininity of a garden in full bloom, translated into gemstone and hand-formed metal.

At the heart of this necklace is a rare violet-purple Sugilite pendant — one of the most coveted gemstones in the collector world, prized for its deep, saturated plum tones and its association with spiritual wisdom and emotional healing. Sugilite is found in only a handful of places on earth, and fine-quality pieces in this rich violet hue are increasingly rare. Paired with the soft lavender of Amethyst, the color story is pure and intentional: a layered bloom of purple, from deep wine to pale lilac.

The bluebell flower bead echoes the botanical theme, joined by blue-tinted tiger’s eye, cathedral beads, and custom enameled bellflowers that catch the light with a painterly quality. A dragonfly clasp — delicate, detailed, and perfectly chosen — closes the piece with one final nod to the natural world. Brass flower caps finish each transition with quiet elegance.

I was overjoyed when my pendant came in the mail! It is even more beautiful in person than it was in the photo online!
