Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1-2 days. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations including Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe. Due to varying regulations and costs, please contact us at hello@dakotanature.com before placing an international order so we can confirm availability and provide accurate shipping quotes.

Import Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT charges applied by your destination country. Dakota Nature is not responsible for these fees.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at hello@dakotanature.com with your name and order number.

P.O. Boxes & Address Restrictions
UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you only have a P.O. box address, please contact us at hello@dakotanature.com before ordering so we can arrange USPS shipping.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. We refund the order amount minus return shipping costs. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged, immediately notify the carrier and email us at hello@dakotanature.com with your order number and photos. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to reach a satisfactory resolution.
