Discovered in 1906 near Kiruna, Sweden, close to the polar circle, this metal meteorite belongs to the class of octahedral siderites. Composed mainly of iron and nickel, it's recognized by the fine nature of its crystals and distinctive geometric patterns—a characteristic unique to iron meteorites.
