This Rugged Granite Buffalo Carving is shaped from gray and white granite embedded with natural pyrite inclusions — small, mirror-bright flecks of iron sulfide that catch the light and add an unexpected metallic shimmer to the stone’s otherwise matte surface. Pyrite, often called fool’s gold, is anything but foolish here: it elevates the carving from a simple stone figure into something that rewards a closer look.
