Return Window
Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition with original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
After 14 days, contact us for exchange approval—we may offer store credit or gift cards for up to 30 days on unused items in original condition.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1-4 days.
Missing Refunds

Gifts
For items purchased as gifts, the refund is issued to the original purchaser.
